Google Assistant allows you to talk to your Google devices such as the Google Home, Android watches and TVs, and Android phones and tablets, and conveniently have tasks taken care of and questions answered. But using Google Assistant as a guided meditation device and meditation timer just got easier with Declutter The Mind for Google Assistant devices.
Declutter The Mind will teach you how to meditate, help you form the habit of a regular practice, and expand your mind to the teachings of mindfulness.
You can choose from 10, 15, and 20 minute guided and unguided meditations using a timer. The guided meditations teach and use mindfulness meditation, sometimes known as Vipassana. The unguided meditations use a simple bell timer, using the sound of a Tibetan bowl to let you know when your practice has started, when you’ve reached the half way mark, and when the practice is over.
Just get into your most comfortable meditation spot, and say “Ok Google, talk to Declutter The Mind“.
From here, you’ll be asked to choose from a guided meditation or unguided meditation. Say “guided meditation”, and choose from one of the session length options, from 10 minutes, 15 minutes, to 20 minutes.
Finally, follow the guided practice.
With Declutter The Mind, you can also practice meditation using the built in timer.
Simply choose “unguided meditation” and choose the session length.
An authentic Tibetan bowl chime will signal the start of the session. When you reach half way through the session, another bell will chime. Finally, when the session is complete, three successive chimes will signal the end of the meditation.
It’s free to use. Simply say to your Google Assistant “Ok Google, talk to Declutter The Mind” to begin.
